Robert L. Seaman, CPA

Robert Seaman is the CEO of Seaman, Shinkunas & Lindgren, P.C. and has over thirty-five years of experience in business management and as a practicing CPA. After graduating from Jacksonville State University with a degree in Accounting, Robert began his public accounting career. Robert acquired his business experience serving in various management positions (including ownership) of companies in the fields of computer network administration, consumer electronics and contract manufacturing industries. In addition to his involvement with various business types, Robert's time in the military also played a role in his career achievements.

Robert has been a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants since 1989.

Pete Shinkunas, CPA

Pete Shinkunas began his career by providing consulting services in accounting, tax and technology after receiving his BSBA in Accounting from Auburn University in 1999. Pete co-founded what is now Seaman, Shinkunas & Lindgren, P.C. in 2006 and specializes in helping small and medium sized businesses utilize current technology to grow, expand and maximize capactities and efficiencies while complying with applicable taxes, laws and regulations. Pete serves as Small Business Director and manages the Athens office. Pete and his wife, Karla, reside in their hometown of Athens, Alabama with their three sons: Ben, Jeb and Max.

Pete is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants and is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor.

Paul Lindgren, CPA

Paul Lindgren is one of the founding members of Seaman, Shinkunas & Lindgren, P.C. He obtained degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. For over eleven years, Paul has practiced public accounting. He specializes in tax, accounting, forensics and consulting in multiple industries. Originally from Athens, Alabama, Paul now lives in Huntsville with his wife, Rebecca, and his two children, Matthew and Charlotte.

Paul has been a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants since 2004.

Tonya Patterson

Small Business Manager/ Staff Accountant

Tonya Patterson has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in Accounting from Athens State University. Over the past 10 years, she has managed an assortment of small businesses and offers diverse solutions in her areas of expertise. At Seaman, Shinkunas & Lindgren, P.C., Tonya focuses her abilities towards assisting clients with individual and business taxation, business startup, payroll, and sales and use tax compliance. In addition to the individual attention she gives her clients, Tonya provides support in training and mentoring to further ensure outstanding quality.

Angela Helton is a Staff Accountant at Seaman, Shinkunas & Lindgren, P.C. She earned a degree in Accounting from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Angela specializes in handling payroll, compliance, tax preparation, accounting and book keeping. She enjoys assisting individuals with understanding and implementing the complex backbone of business requirements.
